This week, the fat cattle quotation in the region is following the national scenario and retreated 4,83% (R$10,00/@ less).

According to data gathering from Scot consultoria, the cattle’s @ is being negotiated at R$197,00, foward price, tax free (Senar and Funrural).

The basis difference, related to São Paulo, is 12,44% negative, or R$24,50/@ less, with the fat cattle being negotiated ate R$221,50/@, foward and tax free, at paulista’s marketplace.

The fat heifer quotation, in the marketplace, followed the downward pressure from the fat cattle, during the week, being sold at R$197,00, foward and tax free (Senar and Funrural).

In the short term, there is a downward pressure expectation due to great portion of slaughter house still analysing the market and hold off the purchases, allied to a low outflow of beef in the end tip.
